No. You get a 30-day free trial immediately after signing up with no payment information required. We'll notify you to choose a plan before the trial ends.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan anytime in your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
What happens if I exceed my sending limit?
We'll send a notification when you're approaching your limit. After exceeding the limit, sending will be paused. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the next month's quota reset. We will not automatically charge overage fees.
